I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in Florida and Utah and have 13 years experience in the mental health field. I specialize in guiding clients who find themselves perpetually engulfed in chaos without understanding its origins. Many of them struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, stress management, anger, and face difficulties in managing conflicts effectively. I have extensive experience working with military service members and perinatal/postpartum clients. However, I have worked with a variety of clients with different presenting issues. 

Through the integration of Values Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, I aim to assist my clients in uncovering the underlying causes of their turmoil.

My ultimate goal is to help individuals who feel they cannot find peace in their lives, teaching them strategies to achieve inner tranquility and navigate life's challenges with greater ease and confidence
